We have used Dual Design for both residential and commercial developments. Having Katrina help us navigate the complex world of local and state government requirements definitely made our building projects run smoother. Katrina was with us from the initial drawing of plans to helping us obtain a final occupancy. We often changed our mind over and over again and it was never a bother to change plans as Katrina kept telling us “they are only lines on paper and not a built wall”. The professional fees were extremely fair and we got our money’s worth and more.
